TERMS & CONDITIONS

All prices are guaranteed for three months from quote and subject to revision thereafter.
Any cancellations made within 10 days of placing your order you will receive a refund of deposit minus the charge for the design work and time spent on the project, which will be charged at £25.00 per hour.  

·Customers must check planning on the proposed frame before placing a deposit.
A full set of working drawings based on the agreed sizes will be drafted upon order of the frame.

·         You will be sent a confirmation sheet for your approval.  It is important you read through this document thoroughly and make any notes or amendments necessary at this stage.  Once all is agreed and this document is signed all materials will be ordered from this specification.  Therefore no changes will be made after this without incurring further costs to cover any further design work and/or material changes to existing orders.  Once these plans have been produced any future alteration will be charged at an hourly rate of £25.00

·         Any cancellations made after the approved confirmation sheet only 50% of your deposit will be refunded.

·         All materials used are the property of Timber Frame Porches until final payment has been received.  All joinery (doors and windows) supplied by us must be oiled annually by the customer.

·         All prices quoted are now subject to VAT from 21-09-2016. 


If your frame is purchased as a kit form for self-assembly the payment schedule will be:


50% deposit upon order
50% upon delivery of your building
Terms strictly upon delivery or collection.


If your frame is purchased for us to manufacture and  erect  then the payment schedule will be:

40% deposit upon order
45% upon delivery of your building
15% upon completion of frame.
Terms strictly 7 days from date of invoice.
